Thanksgiving Celebrations Across Olivet Assembly Churches

On November 28, 2024, churches of the Olivet Assembly of USA gathered in various locations across the country to celebrate Thanksgiving with heartfelt services and community fellowship. “Thanksgiving season is something marvelous and deeply Christian as the Bible teaches us on Psalm 100:4 “We should enter his gates with Thanksgiving and into his courts with praise be thankful to him and bless his name.” shared P. Mark Spisak, General Secretary of Olivet Assembly USA. At STL Immanuel Church, the congregation came together for a meaningful Thanksgiving service. Following the service, members enjoyed a “banquet of love,” fostering a spirit of gratitude and connection within the community. US Mission Prayer Races toward Pentecost, Strengthened by Elim’s Participation

Since the day after Easter Sunday, church members from across United States have prayer together at 12pm EST. For two weeks, the members prayed for the revival of the national mission. Also the prayers covered goals set by every church for their venue and gatherings by the same date, the work of the Holy Spirit in raising new leaders across the nation, and the mission budget to reach the goal. The following are the reflections shared from members over the period: Member 1: “During prayer time today, I found myself reflecting on recent sermons that emphasized our identity as sons of God and the authority bestowed upon us through Christ. In a world where our identity is often questioned, especially when we face the same challenges as everyone else, it can be difficult to distinguish ourselves. Yet, Apostle Paul unequivocally stated that we have been given the identity of sons

Casting the Wide Net: OAUSA Promotes Church Growth & Expansion Through Cell Group Formation

In a bid to maximize evangelistic efforts this Pentecost season, the United States Olivet Assembly (OAUSA) is spearheading a campaign to prioritize effective church administration aimed at fostering rapid growth. Central to this initiative is the establishment of cell groups and cell churches, heralding a new era of mass evangelism within the organization. Under this strategy, churches are urged to appoint cell group leaders who will oversee targeted demographics or geographical areas, facilitating close-knit connections and providing pathways for individuals to progress into membership and leadership roles. Cell groups consist of small gatherings typically ranging from 6 to 12 individuals, under the guidance of a designated cell leader. These groups often form based on shared locality, educational institutions, or mutual interests. Unlike traditional church gatherings, cell meetings can typically take place in members’ homes, designated rooms within the church facility, or alternate third-party locations. The agenda for cell meetings can
